The retro way to connect and bypass internet censorship is still working. No VPN needed just plain Web proxy.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Smart sim (TnT/Kickstart/Smart) default APN
2. A little knowledge about web proxy.
3. PC
PROCEDURE
Setup you pc's proxy setting.
a. Go to the control panel > network and imternet > internet options > connections > lan settings
b. Check the proxy server [use a proxy server for your lan]
c. On the address put "bind2.com" and port “80“ without quote. (please refer to the photo above)
d. Click Ok and open your browser(Chrome)
e. On the address bar type "smart.com.ph" without quote and a web proxy will appear.
f. Type in the box the website that you want to browse.
g. Enjoy!
