[FinchVPN] Working VPN for SmartBro (Visayas and Mindanao Only) November 2, 2013

Requirements:

• Tap Adapter v9.9 (Download)
• OpenVPN version of FinchVPN (Download)
• Smartbro Sim (Profile Name: FinchVPN APN: http.globe.com.ph Dial-Up #: *99***1#)
• Visayas and Mindanao Only
• Understanding

How to use FinchVPN:

• Download the OpenVPN version of FinchVPN here: (Download)
• Register for a free account here: (https://www.finchvpn.com/register/)
• After registration, login to your account. (https://www.finchvpn.com/login/)
• After logging in, click the API Key, copy and paste it on notepad (you will need this later).
• Now, extract the downloaded OpenVPN version of FinchVPN anywhere you like (I prefer to Desktop) and open FinchVPN_www.pinoydown.com > data > config > account.key (open it with notepad) replace the text inside with your username and the API Key that you have copied lately then, press CTRL + S and close the notepad.
• Next, Install the Tap 9.9 v2 adapter for Windows 7 and above. 
•  Connect your USB Modem with SMARTBRO simcard.
• Right Click FinchVPN.exe and Run as Administrator.
• Right Click the OpenVPN icon on the system tray and select for your prefered server and enjoy your free VPN.

Important Tips:

• TCP servers are stable, easy to connect for browsing.
• UDP servers are slightly hard to connect but fast in download.
• If the VPN won't connect try the CDC (connect-disconnect technique)
